This is my first Marching Band and color guard show of 2008 at Bran McMahon High school. We were against Danbury High school in the fourth class. We got first place with a score of 71.5!!!! I was so excited.

As you may or may knot know, it rained Saturday... The day of my show. Newtown lucked out and didn't have to preform in the rain, but after our show it started to pour.... We had to sit in the rain for four hours! It wasn't very fun because now I'm sick with a sore throat (from god knows what) and a some what bad cold. Other then that, it was a really fun day. As always we didn't get back to Newtown until about 11:30. But still was a fun and exciting day!

ok so on Thursday, I was a marching band practice. For anyone who cares we practice outside... at night. During this one toss I was facing a really bright light. I tossed my flag but I couldn't see. I caught it, but when I caught it my flag pole bend my finger totally backwards and mad a really loud snap. It's not broken or anything... (thank god) I just dislocated my finger. There is this huge cast on it. I was at the hospital from 9:30 Thursday until 1:30 Friday morning.My hand is all taped up in stiff. It looks really funny. But hurts like hell. When that is my story. Hope you liked it. I just hope that I can still do guard, because if not that will brake my heart!!!!!

My brother is going to school at Marist, and he is leaving On Sunday. We are both freshmen together. That's pretty cool. I'm actually going to miss him a lot!

My second and third families are having a party on Saturday, for a few different reasons, 1, because Dan is going off to school and 2, because it's my third mother's birthday party. Saturday will be so much fun!!!!

Sunday I have to wake up at like crack or dawn to bring Dan off to school and get him moved in and such.

On Monday is the Labor Day Parade, and this year I have to march with my N.H.S marching band and color guard. Normally I wouldn't mind that either, but I also have to wake up at the crack of dawn for that too.

Then the next day I have school... fun another day I have to wake up early for.

So that pretty much does it for this week!!!

Tomorrow inner_demons_ and I are going to my graduation!!! I'm so excited! Her and my family are going to dinner as well. (By the way we are going to have to leave at 4:30 to be there at 5.) I can't wait. Tomorrow is also my last day of school. High school, here I come! I get to share a school with her and my other high school friends ^_^ I hope when I walk across the stage, I don't fall. Knowing me I probably would, i'm a total cults. Wish me lick everone!

So yesterday, I had my 8th grade dinner dance, it was so much fun. After I went to my friends Erin's house. IT WAS HUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've never seen a house so big in my life. So anyway, I had a really good time.

Also I found out that I suck at Rock band!?! we also didn't go to bed untill 3:03 in the morning. It's a sleepover. who sleeps at sleep overs anyway?

Tomorrow is my math final. Now my finals aren't so bad. Just it's going to be really hot, hotter then today, with 60 people. It's two hours long, but if I have a half day, then it will take all day long. that means no classes, but a final that takes all day which sucks. Wednesday is science which i'm going to fail, no final thursday, no school for me on friday and come then next monday it's my social studies final which I might fail, but would be really bad. So enough ranting about finals, because I'm sure you all have better things to read then this.

So the best person in the whole wide world gave me the best ice cream today. It was so yummy! Although she thinks it's the worst thing ever. I'm not sure if it is watermelon or strawberry flavored. It tastes like both. but She said it's watermelon... so I'll believe her. So that is pretty much it for my ice cream rant... more will surely come

Yesterday, I had a guard show. Bethel always beats us, they came in third!!! WE CAME IN FIRST !!!! Next week is our championship show!! I'm so excited, but that means that the season is over. but there is always fall and next year ^_^

well thats my family for yah. it was a very mellow easter.

Yesterday I had a guard show, It was so bad. We got second!!! Most people might think that getting second isn't so bad, but our team got first every show so far. Expect this one. the reason why it was so bad was because Bob, (our guard coach,) changed ALL of our spots on the floor. We also got a new flag, to replace a old one, So I got so confused on wear to put it and when to pick it up, during the show everyone had the right flag, and I had the wrong one. I felt so stupid.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, but yesterday I had a guard show and Masuk. Not many people were there. We got first with a score of 61.3 I think. It was really fun. We got our new uniforms, and a 'Newtown Band & Guard' jacket. It was a pretty fun day.

today I have color guard practice from 6-9 pm. I'm not saying that it's so much but tossing riffles, flags (that are bigger then you are) and sabers for that long with little to no rest is pretty hard. After 9 I still have to eat dinner do homework and take a shower. I'm going to be so soar later on. But the good thing is that I get to see all of my friends that I don't get to see very often and Its our first practice so it's pretty fun. I'm also trying out for captain. Well we don't actually try out but whatever I didn't make the rules.

Today was one of the most boring days of my life, but it couldn't be helped. Once I came home from my friends house, I had to visit my grandmother in the hospital-place. I got to roll around in her wheelchair, so that was pretty cool. I think I might have ran over a old man. But he was in the way so...I hope that he is okay. Besides going to see my grandmother I didn't do anything ALL DAY. Dan was/is sick, Zach is playing pokemon, and I'm just sitting here with nothing to do. I think I might die of boredom. So I hope that everyone else's day was okay?? well enough ranting about thing that you don't care about.
